This craft is terrific for kids ages 4 and up. All you need
is a cellulose sponge and a little creativity. Make sure the sponge is dried out. Have
fun!
What you need:
- Cellulose sponge
- 1 Green pipecleaner
can be chenille
- Permanent marker
- Construction paper
- Flashlight
What you do:
Cut
sponge into a pumpkin shape. You can make a paper pattern if you like before cutting and
use it as a guide.
- Using the permanent marker or construction paper make a face
for your Jack O' Lantern.
- Insert the pipe cleaner in the top of your pumpkin for her
it's stem.
- Turn out all the lights and shine the flashlight behind the
pumpkin sponge to see your Jack O' Lantern.
