 This
week's Recipe of the Week features a terrific dip - Creamy Crab Dip. This dip is great for
any party. Add chips, crackers, carrot sticks or even pretzels and you have a party!Creamy Crab Dip
What You Need:
1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 can of crabmeat (6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons of grated onion
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Green onions or parsley for garnish
What You Do:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crabmeat, onion,
milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Place mixture in an
oven-proof casserole bowl.
- Place the bowl in the oven at 375 degrees for about 15
minutes, or until completely heated. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with green
onions and/or parsley.
This recipe makes 2 cups of dip.
